Session 1 is from November to December
Session 2 is from December to February
Session 3 is from February to April
Session 4 is from May to June

*Womens leagues are available all year round.

Cost
The cost for each session is TBA
Each session includes 7 games plus top 50% advancing to playoffs.

Players will learn many aspects of the game of field hockey through drills, skill stations, and small-sided games. Every player will need to bring a field hockey stick, shin guards, a mouth guard, sneakers or indoor flats (no outdoor cleats please), and a water bottle
